Job Description:

You’ll join our growing experiential arm on a 2-month fixed-term contract, strategically leading a portfolio of household brands in the FMCG sector. Bringing your innovative thinking to the table to help deliver impactful campaigns including pop-ups, sampling, PR stunts and more. Reporting to our Head of Experiential, this role will play a key part in shaping how we continue to deliver award-winning campaigns for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering strategic direction to your client across your portfolio of brands
  • Leading the delivery of projects with accountability for the fiscal targets, accurately forecasting contribution across your accounts, ensuring it is delivered as planned
  • Managing relationships with external providers including producers, events organisers etc, to foster a cohesive and effective partnership
  • Working alongside the Director of Experiential to identify and drive opportunities to grow your portfolio including contributions, new services, and new categories
  • Reviewing and analysing the delivery of projects with a view to achieving future efficiencies whilst ensuring all work is delivered with the highest of standards and surpasses client’s expectations
  • Actively developing your knowledge of the landscape in which your clients’ brands operate, keeping abreast of the latest developments in the marketplace, business performance and wider environmental influences and proactively sharing this with the wider team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, delivering experiential campaigns – ideally for clients in the FMCG sector
  • Proven abilities in growing client revenues
  • Innovative, a great idea generator and a strategic thinker concerning brands
  • A first-class communicator who can comfortably negotiate and challenge
  • Exceptional financial management skills and commercial acumen
