Job Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of elite members, ensuring personalized and responsive service
Build and sustain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders
Collaborate with partners to create exclusive experiences and high-value access
Represent the brand professionally in all member and partner interactions
Oversee the delivery of programming and member experiences, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments
Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth through client relationship management
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working independently with strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence
