We're seeking a Experiences Manager to support our client, a luxury organization, in delivering exceptional membership experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of elite members, ensuring personalized and responsive service
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders

  • Represent the brand professionally in all member and partner interactions
  • Oversee the delivery of programming and member experiences, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments
