Job Description:

An Ealing school seeks an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs from September 2025. The role involves daily cover, short-term assignments, and working closely with SEN coordinators and teachers to enable personalised learning in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with SEN coordinators and classroom teachers to deliver personalised support

Requirements:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, behavioural management, and personalised learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to supporting diverse learner needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
