Job Description:

Randstad is hiring for an exciting opportunity with Walsingham Support. We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Whitehaven, Maryport, and Egremont to support adults with complex needs.

Job Responsibility:

Support adults with complex needs

Requirements:

  • Location: Based in or around West Cumbria, Whitehaven, Maryport, or Egremont
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK experience in residential home services
  • Documentation: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates
  • Work Rights: Unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Driving: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients
  • Commitment: Minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week
