Job Description

Tofts Road is an autism accredited supported living service in LS28. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive role models to support our service users. The people we support have autism, mental health issues and anxiety so we work to offer a safe and calm environment with comfortable routines. We provide person-centred support that is tailored to each individual. It is important you have excellent interpersonal skills to support confidence building and verbal communication – Makaton is used as main ways of communicating. Our service users also enjoy leisure and social pursuits such as gaming, having meals out, shopping, going for walks and having holidays/days out.
