Job Responsibility:

  • Support consulting projects in internal control, internal audit and risk management transformation initiatives, focusing on tasks assigned by senior team members
  • Engage with team members, share responsibilities, and provide updates to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in organizing workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Identify potential risks during projects and communicate these to project managers with suggested solutions
  • Collaborate and support international teams during the project implementation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional development opportunities
  • Ensure work meets EY's quality standards and contributes to client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in risk management, internal control, internal audit, finance, or a reputable organization
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to have:

  • Certifications (CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes and risk management preferred
