Job Description

You will translate the approved strategy into a monthly content calendar, ensure content is scheduled correctly across platforms, manage daily community engagement, handle urgent/trend-based posting when needed, and deliver a monthly performance report with clear insights and next steps.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the planning, publishing, engagement, and performance reporting of client social media accounts
  • Build the monthly Content Calendar based on the approved Content Strategy
  • Research and select relevant awareness days/occasions
  • Coordinate content requirements with internal team members
  • Align blog titles with the SEO content plan
  • Ensure all approved posts are scheduled correctly using native tools
  • Apply platform-specific adjustments
  • Verify scheduling accuracy
  • Monitor all brand accounts daily for comments, mentions, direct messages, shares, and engagement opportunities
  • Answering messages with standardized replies, divert qualified leads to leads database & communicate with client's sales team
  • Respond in a brand-aligned tone
  • Track notable engagement patterns
  • Identify opportunities for trend-jacking or timely content
  • Execute time-sensitive posts
  • Research relevant influencers/KOLs
  • Support outreach coordination, briefing materials, scheduling integration, and content alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts (agency or in-house), including planning + scheduling + engagement + reporting
  • Strong understanding of platform differences (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) and how content needs to change per platform
  • Experience in social media moderation - ability to write clear, brand-consistent engagement replies and handle sensitive interactions professionally
  • Strong organization: can run a monthly calendar workflow and keep execution on track
  • Comfortable working with structured systems, approvals, and documentation
  • Minimum years of experience: 2
