Job Responsibility
Client Development: build on existing experience to develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Candidate Engagement: driving conversations, influencing decisions, and building long-term relationships with high-performing candidates
End to end Process Management: own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to offer negotiation and post-placement support

Requirements
1-3 years in a 360 recruitment or sales-driven role
