Job Responsibility

  • Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector
  • negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner
  • Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals
  • pick up the phone, make connections, build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building
  • End-to-End Process Management: Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support
  • Embrace Technology and Data: Use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen your outreach

Requirements
