Job Responsibility

  • 360 Recruiting: Managing the recruitment process from start to contract signing
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates by providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within our key sectors
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • fluent English skills are necessary
