We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in the HR space. Job Responsibility:

  • Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates within HR roles
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients, build strong relationships, and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of HR professionals, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with HR trends and provide market intelligence to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • You’re a 360 recruiter with at least 3yrs experience in an agency setting ideally within HR
  • A people-centric attitude with the desire to do the basics brilliantly
  • A values-driven approach to your work
  • Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving and innovative environment
