Job Responsibility

  • Client Development - build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist front office market
  • Candidate Engagement - identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and senior front office professionals across Global Markets and Investment Banking functions
  • End-to-End Process Management - own the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support
  • Embrace Technology and Data - use technology to map front office markets, identify niche talent, track hiring trends, and sharpen your outreach
