Job Description:

We are actively searching for EXPERIENCED & SKILLED REACH TRUCK OPERATORS to join our team in Oshawa, ON on a PERMANENT BASIS. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of an incredible team and make a real difference.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate a Reach Truck (Electric Narrow Aisle) safely and efficiently to put away and retrieve products in high racking
  • Perform inbound receiving, picking, and outbound shipping tasks as required
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Accurately track inventory and complete necessary documentation using an RF scanner
  • Case picking
  • Cleaning up and providing general warehouse support as needed
  • Operating Crown Reach forklifts, Dockstockers, walkies, and stackers
  • Rotating tasks between shipping and receiving, including wrapping skids, operating dock plates, and floor scrubbers

Requirements:

  • Current and valid certification/licensing to operate an Electric Narrow Aisle Reach Truck
  • Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) operating a Reach Truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Dedication, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to working safely
  • Experience operating various types of forklifts
  • Accountable with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
