Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition
  • Perform both tuning and repair services for guests
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • 1-3 years previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs. (ONLY FOR WINTER)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

  • Complies with Data Center business unit policies, procedures, and deadlines with guidance from experienced technicians and/or direct-line management, maintaining audit readiness
  • Receives guidance and supervision to develop an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning IT datacenter technology(ies) and equipment while proactively prioritizing security considerations
  • Participates in daily safety briefings
  • Completes required security and data management training while complying with security and data management procedures/policies with guidance from other technicians
  • Contributes to a positive and effective team environment by sharing information with other shifts or technician teams
  • Maintains an awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through reporting dashboards, systems, for personal monthly performance discussions as needed
