The Experienced Outlet & Banquet Cook 1 will cover several key shifts within the Four Seasons Kitchen. The Cook will be responsible for preparing an array of types of food from Lunch and Dinner items per guest orders to large Banquet function menus while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Requirements:
At least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings
