Job Responsibility

Operate a front-end loader to move and load raw materials (aggregates, sand, etc.) into the batching plant's hoppers
Monitor stock levels and ensure a consistent supply of materials to meet production demands
Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the loader to ensure it is in good working order
Assist with general plant housekeeping and maintenance as required
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the plant operator and other team members to ensure smooth operations

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum five (5) years of recent heavy equipment experience gained either in military or commercial application
Must have either performed or supervised construction equipment operation, special techniques in using construction equipment to prepare sites for constructing and maintaining asphalt roads and grounds, concrete work, soil stabilization, and rigid and flexible pavement construction and maintenance
Must have at least one of the following qualifications: OSHA Certified Crane Operator (29 CFR 1926.1427), minimum two years of experience on 100-ton crane, Certified Forklift Operator, Certified Front-End Loader, Certified CTL Skid Steer Operator, Certified Excavator Operator, Certified Street Sweeper Operator or experienced in chain link fence construction and repair
