Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our sister company - Michael Hardy! Join a team of eight experienced Lettings professionals in our Wokingham branch and play a key role in shaping our next chapter of growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning the viewing process end-to-end - booking, conducting, and delivering same-day landlord feedback
  • Booking valuations and gathering background insight
  • Carrying out market appraisals
  • Working closely with Sales team to nurture strong investor relationships
  • Managing diary
  • Handling email inboxes
  • Delivering polished, confident property viewings
  • Preparing new let documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in lettings negotiation
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Ability to manage diary efficiently
  • Ability to handle email inboxes with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first approach
