Job Description:

Control Freaks Hawaii is Hawaii’s leading provider of lighting control, A/V integration, automation, and systems that make high-end homes and hotels feel like magic. We’re the team people call when they want it done right.

Job Responsibility:

Installing and wiring lighting control systems, smart devices, shades, speakers, and networks
Reading and interpreting plans, making field adjustments, and solving problems on the fly
Working with Project Managers who actually communicate
Troubleshooting
Being a key part of a team that takes pride in clean installs, great client experiences, and never leaving a mess

Requirements:

Pro experience in lighting control, A/V, automation, or electrical work
Strong understanding of wiring standards, terminations, and systems integration
A proactive mindset
Solid communication skills
An easygoing but professional attitude
Pride in your work
