This isn't just any HR role; it's your chance to be the heartbeat of our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC), where innovation meets collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the IRC management team
Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Partner with leaders in support functions including Business Operations, Finance, Quality, etc.
Support proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications, site lean planning, and other site-wide processes
Connect with HR peers and leaders with on-site activities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG)
Nice to have:
Human Resources certification
3+ years of experience interacting with (coaching, advising, partnering) leaders at all levels
1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with union populations
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
