Boeing's Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Air Dominance engineering teams in Berkely, MO. In this role, the HRBP will be responsible for partnering with senior engineering leaders to lead initiatives that align with our business objectives, including talent acquisition and talent management, while fostering a culture of belonging, innovation and accelerated learning. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully galvanizing teams to achieve common goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with Air Dominance Engineering leadership teams to create talent and HR strategies that support business objectives including talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning and talent management
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
  • Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate
  • influencing process improvement and driving employee centric solutions
  • Coach all team member levels, including management and senior leaders, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence
  • Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, drive solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Address HR-related issues, consulting with management to develop cohesive, business-focused strategies that mitigate organizational risk

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • Satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
