Boeing Global Services’ (BGS) Quality, Operations, and Execution organization has an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources (HR) team as an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner, based in either Hialeah, FL or Dallas, TX. This role will deliver HR support to teams in Quality and Environmental Health and Safety, working closely with senior leadership. These are inclusive organizations where the ideal candidate will have a chance to make an impact on talent, pay strategies, and career progression for employees in over 75 locations worldwide and spanning both commercial and government businesses in all of BGS. We are seeking a talented HR professional that wants to learn, grow and develop key HR skills and bring in innovative solutions and ideas! You will be joining an amazing HR team where collaboration is expected and teaming is cheered on.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly with senior leaders to integrate and implement priorities and build robust People Council materials
  • Partner with senior leaders on unique engagement strategies to help attract and retain talent in main Boeing sites and also Remote work locations
  • Support and enhance the Remote Site Engagement Strategy through direct employee and manager contact and responsiveness to needs
  • Serve as an HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach and advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
  • Partner with the various senior leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute strategies and plans such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, and overall employee engagement

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive workforce satisfaction
  • Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions
  • 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
