Experienced Human and Organizational Factors Specialist

• Design fit to Human in manufacturing
• Reduction of non-quality (RC, product safety, customers satisfaction)
• Ensure safe and efficient Human-Industrial environment
• Reduction of production recurring costs
• Better usability, acceptance change, time to deploy (avoiding project failure...)
• Develop capabilities to measure Human-Machine interaction efficiency
• Users involvement: users’ needs and feedback considered on the process

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex HOF & ergonomics concepts into practical solutions
• Very strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and overall hierarchy levels up to the Excom
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Familiarity with aviation safety regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and safety management systems (SMS) is highly desirable
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation

French, German, Spanish are an advantage
