  • Experience as a Host in a premium venue
  • Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
