This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our production facilities. Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Ensure precise inventory management by organizing and labeling supplies appropriately
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklifts, promptly addressing any operational concerns
  • Adhere to safety protocols to promote a secure work environment and reduce risks
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives efficiently
  • Assist in stocktaking and report any discrepancies found in inventory records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and embrace new technologies

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations regarding forklift operations
  • Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by business operations
