Job Responsibility

  • Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary trainings in the service areas for equipment
  • Manage territory service activity and ensure high quality service to meet company measurements (service KPIs), and service business target
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS) in the field service work
  • Help driving market penetration and contract capture rate, providing service contract to fulfill customer need
  • Coach and help other team members to improve whole team service capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Must be English proficiency (CET-4 or above)
  • Majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic, Automation, etc
  • 1-3 years or above working experience
  • High integrity & discipline
  • Capability of working under customer pressure and travel
  • Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill

Nice to have

  • Life Sciences application and equipment service-related preferred
  • Business acumen preferred

  • Ensuring splicing, testing and reporting on our optical network is carried out to a standard as outlined by the Community Fibre - Standard Splicing and Testing documentation

  • Good understanding of fibre terminology and able to communicate this effectively to customers as well as colleagues within the business
