Join The Kelly Group's dynamic team working on our CityFibre contract, where we focus on delivering exceptional fibre installation services at customers' locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on the Altnet Fibre Network completing fibre installation at customer premises
  • Working at heights and in the underground network
  • Testing at multiple points throughout the installation to resolve Customer faults
  • Working as an individual and as a part of team to achieve targets and KPI’s
  • Adherence with Health and Safety legislation

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the Altnet Fibre Network
  • Background in holding or currently possessing required accreditations
  • Safety conscious
  • Able to adapt to working in an outdoor environment all year round
  • Able to follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology
  • Organised with an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Able to prioritise in a busy work environment
  • Comfortable with heights up to 15m
  • Attention to detail
  • Have held a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months and have no more than 6 points
  • Currently hold SA001, SA002, S007, S008 and Streetworks accreditations

  • Supervising Contractor Maintenance installation teams, ensuring that any project-specific quality or technical standards are well understood by the Community Fibre and Contractor teams
  • Undertake works resulting from internal requirements, or requests from our clients and other 3rd parties to modify, remove or replace our existing network components
  • Ensure that Community Fibre Health & Safety requirements are being adhered to, in accordance with the Company Health and Safety Management System, owned by the HSEQ Manager
  • Work alongside Field Services Manager/Engineers to ensure that all Field Services programmes are achieved on time and to the full satisfaction of the customer
