The Boeing Precision Engagement Systems division is currently seeking an Experienced Engineering Technical Specialist to support our Direct Attack Weapons Software team in St. Charles, Missouri (Greater St. Louis area). This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Services (BDS) business organization. The Precision Engagement Systems organization is a strong and growing business that produces a variety of precision-guided weapons, which are employed around the world to support the defense of the United States and more than 30 U.S. allied countries. Boeing’s Direct Attack Weapons organization develops, integrates, and sustains precision-guided munitions and associated delivery and targeting systems for military customers, enabling accurate engagement of high-value targets. They provide end-to-end capabilities—engineering, testing, platform integration, and lifecycle support—to ensure weapons perform reliably across operational environments. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with engineering teams, support teams across various programs, and engineering functions to identify technical knowledge gaps. You will then create and deliver targeted On-The-Job (OJT) learning solutions that facilitate the real-time adoption and application of enhanced practices. As a Technical Specialist in Engineering Processes and Tools, you will provide expert guidance and mentorship, ensuring the effective application of engineering processes and tools.
