Requirements

  • Experienced Educators: Proven experience working within early childhood settings, bringing strong classroom engagement, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic
  • Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years, OR completion of at least 50% of your ECT qualification
  • Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices
  • Curriculum Knowledge: A strong dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the Bundoora and surrounding areas
  • Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families
  • Child Safety: A steadfast commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and maintaining child-safe environments
  • Working with Children Check: Holds, or is willing to immediately obtain, a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
