Job Description:

We are looking for confident, reliable, and experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at a busy venue in the Bolton (BL4) area. This is a weekend night-time role, perfect for someone who knows how to handle the unique atmosphere of bars, pubs, and clubs. We need someone who can hit the ground running—no training required, just experience. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Checking ID and managing entry
  • Monitoring and managing crowd levels
  • Preventing and de-escalating conflict
  • Ensuring the safety of everyone in the venue
  • Liaising with venue management and local authorities if needed

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience working as a Door Supervisor in bars, pubs, or nightclubs
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
  • First aid qualification (preferred or willingness to refresh)
  • Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to work as a team but use your own initiative
  • Reliable transport to BL4 area (late-night buses/trains can be limited)
  • Clear communication skills
  • Confident to communicate on the radio
  • Confident in dealing with members of the public
  • Commitment into working requested hours
