Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Bloomington, MN. This hybrid position requires the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office 2+ days per week. As part of a collaborative group, you will be delivering outstanding support to customers while handling a large volume of interactions, particularly during peak seasons. This is a contract role with the opportunity for permanent placement, depending on performance and team fit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a key resource for resolving customer inquiries and offering personalized solutions quickly and efficiently
  • Handle high call volumes as part of a collaborative team that fields upwards of 450 calls daily during busy periods
  • Respond to customers across multiple channels, including phone and email, maintaining timely and professional communication
  • Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM systems while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Support team-wide goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing insights and identifying customer pain points
  • Stay abreast of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is consistently provided

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment such as a call center or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • additional education, such as an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on understanding and resolving customer needs effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and maintain high productivity
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving workload and remain composed under pressure during peak seasons
  • A proven team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service
