Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role is focused on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. It requires direct responsibility for group reporting and consolidation activities and the ability to work independently. This role requires autonomy, initiative, and ownership, without the need for constant supervision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly group closing and consolidation
  • Financial data collection, validation, and analysis
  • Group management reporting and variance analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting support
  • Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting
  • Point of contact for local finance teams
  • Compliance with group controlling standards
  • Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables
  • Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
  • 6–8 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus
  • Fluent English – mandatory (working language)
  • Italian preferred
  • Additional languages are a plus
