Sterling McCall Fort Bend Toyota is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified Front Desk Admin to our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greets customers, obtaining all pertinent customer, vehicle and insurance information. Introduces customer to estimator on a rotating basis
  • Ensures that each customer is informed of the details or repair, including scheduling time and procedures, labor rate differences, insurance company requirements, payment procedures and all applicable warranties
  • Assist estimators in scheduling appointments for incoming jobs. Maintain an appointment log to ensure accurate appointment scheduling
  • Maintain regular customer contact prior to appointment date and time. Ensure that all necessary parts have arrived on day prior to appointment
  • Monitor status of each job in process. Follow up with each customer every 48 hours or as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Document pertinent information regarding repairs and conversations with customers in Car Trac system
  • Assist customers with insurance questions and issues and resolve when possible

Requirements:

  • Need experience in Collision repair shop customer service
  • CDK Payables experience
  • ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
