Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced cocktail bartenders to join our elite teams across London. If you have a passion for mixology and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you! As part of Compass Group, Constellation Platinum delivers exceptional hospitality to premium restaurants and suites in London’s flagship venues. Unlike traditional bar jobs, we offer total flexibility—you choose how often you work, giving you full control over your schedule. Through our on-site masterclasses, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills in cocktail-making, spirits knowledge, and guest service.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months in a high-end London bar
Basic cocktail-making and flaring experience
Extensive understanding of premium spirits
Confident, engaging, and proactive with a customer-first attitude
Able to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Organised with effective time management and order-taking skills
Able to work late-night shifts (up to 1am+), including evenings, weekdays, and weekends
Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
