Do you have the skills and experience to support children with behavioural, emotional, or social needs? We are looking for experienced Children's Behaviour Support Workers to join our growing team in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to children with behavioural and additional needs
  • Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant qualifications (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
