Are you a skilled chef ready to bring your culinary expertise to a variety of busy venues across Leicestershire? We’re looking for passionate, experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team and deliver exceptional food across multiple locations.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare high-quality dishes to menu specifications across different venues
Ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service
Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards at all times
Support and lead your team with encouragement and respect
Adapt to different kitchen environments and service demands
Work efficiently under pressure to deliver smooth, high-standard service
Requirements:
Previous culinary experience essential (CPD / Sous Chef level)
DBS clearance required
Own safety shoes and chef knives (mandatory)
Flexible to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
