Job Description:

Are you a skilled chef ready to bring your culinary expertise to a variety of busy venues across Leicestershire? We’re looking for passionate, experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team and deliver exceptional food across multiple locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes to menu specifications across different venues
  • Ensure all ingredients are stocked and ready for service
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Support and lead your team with encouragement and respect
  • Adapt to different kitchen environments and service demands
  • Work efficiently under pressure to deliver smooth, high-standard service

Requirements:

  • Previous culinary experience essential (CPD / Sous Chef level)
  • DBS clearance required
  • Own safety shoes and chef knives (mandatory)
  • Flexible to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
