Job Responsibility

Conduct assigned table and electronic games (such as Blackjack, Roulette Three Card Poker, Baccarat) in accordance with established rules, policies, and gaming regulations
Shuffle and deal cards or operate gaming equipment efficiently and accurately
Ensure game integrity by monitoring play for adherence to rules and identifying any irregularities
Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
Explain game rules and procedures clearly and courteously to players
Handle disputes or misunderstandings calmly and escalate as necessary to a supervisor
Accurately exchange chips for cash and calculate payouts quickly and correctly
Ensure full compliance with gaming commission regulations and internal control standards
Report any suspicious or unusual activity to supervisory staff immediately
Maintain confidentiality of all guests and company information
