We are looking for a Casino Dealer who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL) to join us, delivering exceptional service while dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and more.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct assigned table and electronic games (Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Baccarat) in accordance with rules, policies, and gaming regulations
  • Shuffle and deal cards or operate gaming equipment efficiently
  • Ensure game integrity by monitoring play
  • Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Explain game rules and procedures clearly
  • Handle disputes or misunderstandings calmly
  • Accurately exchange chips for cash and calculate payouts
  • Ensure compliance with gaming commission regulations and internal controls
  • Report suspicious or unusual activity
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with dealers, supervisors and management
  • Participate in training and development
  • Supervise gaming tables and dealers as required

Requirements

  • Valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
  • Aged 18 or above
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts
  • Ability to spend large portions of shift on feet
