Job Responsibility

  • Handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage
  • Exchanging chips for cash
  • Processing debit card transactions
  • Redeeming tickets
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Investigating queries from head office or in-house
  • Carrying out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
  • Handling customer buy-ins and payouts
  • Updating points/player tracking for customers
  • Maintaining all ATMs
  • Processing all banking
  • Verifying and recording all financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system
  • Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, anti-money-laundering (AML) laws, and casino security procedures
  • Assisting with count operations
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting suspicious activities or policy violations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity

Requirements

  • Valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
