Job Description

We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The Casino Cashier is responsible for handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, including exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Observe conditions and requirements of the Cashdesk Procedure Manual
  • Complete company records accurately
  • Investigate queries from head office or in-house
  • Carry out cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
  • Handle customer buy-ins and payouts
  • Update points/player tracking for customers
  • Maintain all ATMs
  • Process all banking
  • Verify and record all financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and casino security procedures
  • Assist with count operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Report suspicious activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity

Requirements

  • Valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
  • Aged 18 or above
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week
