Job Description

We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The Casino Cashier is responsible for handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, including exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

  • Investigate queries from head office or in-house
  • Carry out cash and electronic transactions
  • Handle customer buy-ins and payouts
  • Update points/player tracking
  • Maintain all ATMs
  • Process all banking
  • Verify and record financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and casino security
  • Assist with count operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Report suspicious activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity
