Job Description:

We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The Casino Cashier is responsible for handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, including exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

  • maintain accurate financial records
  • always observe Cashdesk Procedure Manual
  • ensure Company records and paperwork are accurately completed
  • investigate queries from head office or in-house
  • carry out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
  • exchange chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately and efficiently
  • handle customer buy-ins and payouts
  • update points/player tracking
  • maintain all ATMs
  • process all banking
  • verify and record all financial transactions
  • ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and casino security procedures
  • assist with count operations
  • provide excellent customer service
  • report suspicious activities
  • maintain confidentiality and integrity

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
  • aged 18 or above
  • right to work in the UK
  • flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends, and shifts in a 24/7 environment
