Job Responsibility

  • Handle all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
  • Exchange chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer buy-ins and payouts while following cashdesk procedures
  • Update points/player tracking for customers
  • Maintain all ATMs
  • Process all banking
  • Verify and record all financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and casino security procedures
  • Assist with count operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Report suspicious activities or policy violations
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
