  • Investigating queries from head office or in-house
  • Carrying out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges
  • Exchanging chips, tokens, and tickets for cash
  • Handling customer buy-ins and payouts
  • Updating points/player tracking
  • Maintaining all ATMs
  • Processing all banking
  • Verifying and recording all financial transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and AML laws
  • Assisting with count operations for large sums of cash
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting suspicious activities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity

Requirements

  • Valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
