We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The Casino Cashier is responsible for handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, including exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

ensuring accurate and comprehensive completion of company records
investigating queries from head office or in-house
carrying out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
exchanging chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately
handling customer buy-ins and payouts
updating points/player tracking for customers
maintaining all ATMs
processing all banking
verifying and recording financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system
ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and casino security procedures
assisting with count operations
providing excellent customer service
reporting suspicious activities to supervisors
maintaining confidentiality and integrity
Requirements
holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL)
aged 18 or above
right to work in the UK
flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts
able to stand for large portions of shift
exceptional attention to detail
customer service skills
adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls
