Job Description:

Looking for a job where you can help people to enjoy life again. At Abbots Care we pride ourselves on changing people’s lives for the better, we are looking for people that could make a positive impact on the life of a vulnerable person. Working hours are between 7am-10pm with shift patterns of 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm inclusive of alternate weekends.

Job Responsibility:

Helping people to leave hospital and transition back to living at home
Visiting Service Users in their own homes to provide care and support as defined in the Care Plan
Providing personal care, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, exercise and domestic tasks
Liaising with medical professionals such as district nurses and pharmacies
Rehabilitating and maximising potential to promote independent living and monitor well-being

Requirements:

Access to own vehicle
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (for higher pay rate)
