Requirements

  • At least three years' experience as a busy bookkeeper
  • Good Xero proficiency
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping (Certificate IV or equivalent)
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Right to work in Australia

  • Maintain and reconciles all checking accounts, providing balance information weekly to the Executive Director
  • Issue checks for accounts payable and is responsible in seeing that all bills are paid promptly and on time
