Requirements

Customer-focused and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload under pressure
Possessing strong interpersonal skills, with excellent time management and organisational ability
Confident with IT systems and administration tasks
Experienced within a Service Advisor role (at least 1 year preferred)
Familiar with Kerridge and other dealer management systems (preferred)

Job Responsibility

Greeting and assisting customers with service enquiries
Booking in vehicles and managing service schedules
Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time
Providing exceptional customer service, including establishing customers onward travel arrangements, updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop, handing over vehicles after service work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers
Delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient experience at all times
