RSM Tanzania is seeking a talented Experienced Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our clients' financial statements while contributing to the success of our growing firm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting audits in accordance with the audit plan under the supervision of the field team leader and engagement manager
  • Collaborating with team members to complete assigned tasks within budgeted timelines
  • Regularly communicating engagement progress to the field team leader
  • Resolving review notes on assigned tasks within agreed turnaround times
  • Identifying and escalating engagement issues to the team leader as they arise
  • Documenting work to meet performance standards
  • Actively developing technical skills through on-the-job experience and formal training
  • Complying with the firm’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Building strong working relationships with clients
  • Performing additional tasks as delegated by the team leader or management

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field with a minimum of Upper Second-Class honors
  • Completed or actively pursuing CPA (T), ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 year of practical experience conducting ISA-compliant audits within a professional services firm
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and ISA standards
  • Core competency in audit procedures and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent research and report-writing abilities
  • Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability to new challenges
