Job Responsibility

  • Installing, testing, and commissioning fibre connections to customer premises
  • Working across overhead and underground networks with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Performing fibre splicing, troubleshooting, and fault-finding to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry and safety compliance
  • Delivering excellent customer service while representing Kelly Group professionally
  • Managing your workload efficiently, both independently and as part of a wider engineering team

  • S007 & S008
  • Streetworks Unit 01 (NRSWA)
  • Strong practical knowledge of fibre splicing, testing, and installation
  • Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Safety-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Confident using handheld smart devices for job management
  • Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (max 6 points)
