Job Responsibility

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to a busy team
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism
  • Supporting property documentation, contracts, and file management
  • Liaising with contractors, clients, and third parties
  • Updating internal systems and CRM databases
  • Assisting with diary management and meeting preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

  • Proven administration experience in property, estate agency, or construction is essential
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy and reactive environment
  • Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Available for an immediate start
